This started thursday morning when the police sent them a picture here at the library sending them a picture of Charles Severance saying that this looks like the composite sketch of the suspect wanted in the alexandria murders. Thursday, severance checked into a Downtown Hotel in wheeling, virginia, and the hotel known as the wheeling inn. He stayed there overnight, and the police could not find him there, and they started to search the city. He was wanted in connection with charges. The mans name is Charles Severance and he was arrested at the Ohio County Library located in wheeling, West Virginia.
