They are among 55 defendants named in an amended complaint, filed Friday, that charges that Ty-Rique Riley’s in the prison was caused by “intentional, malicious and/or grossly negligent conduct.” The lawsuit was brought by Riley’s parents in U.S. Middle District Court. ....

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann on Wednesday ordered their dismissal in adopting the recommendations of Magistrate Judge William I. Arbuckle III in the suit brought by the estate of Ty’Rique Riley.
