Already . This is an early season Atmospheric River, and its having a bigger impact farther to the north. Some parts of the bay area is not seeing anything at all. Take a look at dublin and this live camera. You can see the headlights and not a drop of rain on that camera lens. But this is part of a very large storm system thats churning up some waves off the coast, producing a high amount of rain for areas farther to the north, as we take a look at northern california, seeing some decent downpours. And then this is what were seeing across the bay area. So not nearly as much. But we are going to see some wet activity this morning, with some light showers, and then the rest of the day is clearing out as our temperatures reach into the upper 70s and low 80s.
