NORTHAMPTON A decision on whether the historic St. John Cantius Church can be torn down to make way for five townhouses has been delayed at least three months, giving the committee weighing the issue more time to consider proposals from both sides of the contentious debate. COLONIE The Times Union is putting just under 53 acres of land adjacent to the newspaper’s office and printing plant on the market for $8,250,000.
Dubbed Times Union Land, the offering, which divides the acreage into three main sites, is listed by CBRE and has just been placed on the company’s Deal Flow website, which lists commercial properties for sale around the nation.
