COLONIE The Times Union is putting just under 53 acres of land adjacent to the newspaper’s office and printing plant on the market for $8,250,000.
Dubbed Times Union Land, the offering, which divides the acreage into three main sites, is listed by CBRE and has just been placed on the company’s Deal Flow website, which lists commercial properties for sale around the nation.
