On Sunday health officials listed Elite Swimming in Pascoe Vale as a tier one exposure site from 5pm to 6pm on February 8, meaning people at the venue during that time needed to get tested and isolate for two weeks regardless of the result. But in an update on Tuesday night the health department downgraded the exposure site with only 5pm to 5.30pm now listed as tier one and required to isolate for 14 days.

Victorian health authorities have added public transport routes and the Queen Victoria Market to the list of COVID exposure sites as the state grapples with a new outbreak triggered by a hotel quarantine breach.
A confirmed case boarded two trams before visiting the fruits and vegetable section last Thursday.
New locations have been added to the government s ‘Tier 1’ list including: Yarra Trams Number 11 and 58 on Thursday February 11, Queen Victoria Market on Thursday Februrary 11 and Elite Swimming in Pascoe Vale on Monday February 8.
Woolworths and Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses in Broadmeadows and Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre in Pascoe Vale on Tuesday February 9 were also listed.
Victoria has recorded two new locally transmitted cases from more than 21,000 tests.
Those cases bring the Holiday Inn cluster to 16, while there are 21 active cases in the state.
One overseas traveller has also tested positive in hotel quarantine.
The government has also extended the list of tier one exposure sites to the Elite Swimming in Pascoe Vale on Monday February 8, Woolworths in Broadmeadows, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses in Broadmeadows, and Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre in Pascoe Vale On Tuesday February 9.
Anyone who has visited these locations must get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result.
