You are looking at the toll plaza, metering lights are on and there are a few foggy spots as you work across the span. We did have a broken down vehicle on the upper deck near Treasure Island. Thats now cleared out of lanes but slows things across the upper deck as you work from the incline to the Treasure Island exit. Past that, things look better down the skyway near the fremont exit to San Francisco. Slow and go in the altamont pass, busy out of tracy as you work towards north flynn. We are following the aftermath of this nasty crash in San Francisco this morning. It appears as if it started as a High Speed Police chief. Sfpd has not said what led to the crash. In the press release they did suggest democrats were engaged in some sort of manipulation of the vote count. Were going to keep an eye on that as we keep an eye on the ongoing vote count. A closer look at the numbers, starting in georgia which is just razor thin, a statistical dead heat, democrats have not carried this state in a president ial election since 92. Each candidate has 49. 4 of the vote. Theyre continuing to count absentee ballots but biden is ahead by 1100 votes. A live look in arizona, this is maricopa county. 90 of the vote in there right now, looking a little sleepy in the vote counting room. Biden is up about 47,000 points and maricopa has more than 200,000 ballots outstanding. So we are keeping an eye on that as well as pennsylvania this morning. We are getting reports from philadelphia right now, a heavily democratic area. Theyve taken a while to count their votes but theyre doing it. As that comes in, that propels biden to the lead. It is still not projected but right now the trend lines definitely favoring joe biden. Still a lot of votes to come. Where are they coming from . What is the expectation . There are more from philadelphia and more from pittsburgh which is also heavily democratic county and a few more here and there throughout the state. Thats the bulk, the democratic places.
