investigators and frankly looked like from the outside it could be going cold but after more than a month and a half, 19,000 tips and dozens of local states and federal law enforcement officials working on this case, they finally made an arrest in the murder of four of those students. 28-year-old brian kohberger is being held without bond for first-degree murder. he was in court and denied bail. an s.w.a.t. team from the pennsylvania state police made the arrest at his parents house at 3:00 in the morning. eastern pennsylvania, 2500 miles away from moscow, idaho. he faces four counts of first-degree murder along with felony and burglary. more information of the case is sealed until kohberger is back in idaho and serve with an arrest here. police are confident they have their suspect. what i can tell you that we have the individual in custody committed these horrible crimes and i do believe our community is safe. we need to be vigilant, right? reporter: it was back ....
