JOHNSTOWN One of two men arrested in spring 2020 for a burglary that resulted in the theft of firearms is looking at up to five years in state prison.
Timothy C. Belden, 32, of 121 N. Second St., Northville, pleaded guilty Feb. 16 in Fulton County Court before Judge Polly A. Hoye to one felony count of third-degree burglary, as part of a plea arrangement.
Sentencing was adjourned until a later date, but Belden is expected to receive 2 1/2 to five years in state prison as a second felony offender.
He also faces possible restitution, and an order or protection would be granted for his victim. ....
