To a cold start across the region. Take a look at satellite and radar, too as we have cloud cover and also some precipitation down to the south. You can see that its mainly a southern system and bulk of it is going to miss us but were getting clipped right down in Cape May County and southern delaware. Parts of Cumberland County and Atlantic County as well with some snow showers that are going to rotate through during the morning and then be done sometime around lunchtime but a small accumulation is possible down there and you do want to slow it down. Winter weather advisory until 1 oclock this afternoon. Thats about the extent of the snow showers. Light snow and maybe a little bit of sleet mixed in. Accumulation probably only about an inch. 21 degrees right now in philadelphia, 24 in millville just 14 in allentown and when you factor in a light breeze it feels like its 10 in the city and two in allentown and as bad as those numbers are thats an improvement over the last hour or two. 2

Were looking live at the schuylkill approaching Spring Garden you can see traffic moving just fine, no delays at this point but you want to watch for icy spots. Were seeing problems with that. On the big picture weve got traffic lights out. Theres a local power outage in center city, 12th and filbert so expect some of the traffic lights in that area not to be working. Katherine scott has been talking about this fire location in yeadon and providence road is still blocked near lansdowne. Stick to bailey road as your alternate.
