Guest it hasnt been long, but its coming into the middle of the summer now so im working on the third novel by joe day, a los angeles mystery writer. Its the third book in a series. Kind of a detective novel. He is a private investigator with a lot of action and good relationships in the book. Im working on that. Im also working on frederick douglass, a biography published recently. Its a fairly long book and so im popping in and out of that book quite a bit, kind of taking that in chunks. General, because some buildings if San Francisco are not actually building any Parking Spaces and so i would say that the trend today in urban living is not to own a car. That is certainly not the millennial negotiation and i would say this project with one, two bedrooms is probably going to be more millennials or seniors who dont want to have cars.
