5-year-old and a 7-year-old home alone in deplorable conditions, the mother was arrested. the home in upper darby is declared unfit for human habitation around 10:00 last night the next door neighbors called 911 when their detector went off. and when finding nothing there they went next door, they found the home next door had no heat and the oven was on for warmth and a space heater in a back bedroom the police found a 7-year-old girl and her 5-year-old brother, she told police her mother was at work and she was baby sitting. the fire was declared a hazard because of the oven being used as a source of heat and a space heater and it was so filthy it unhealthy. neighbors called the incident a shape. shame. i don t know what to think of that i have kids of my own, that is scary. now firefighters detecting low levels of carbon monoxide in the home probably because of the oven being left on. the children are now in the care a relative christina wright was arraigned this mo

A 48-year-old man was arrested on multiple drug charges after a search warrant was executed June 7 at a North Buffalo residence, Erie County Sheriff John C. Garcia reported Wednesday.
