he didn t find the testimony was noncredible. it did not find he did not commit the acts. they over turned the conviction. not only did they let him out, he s no longer a convicted sex offender. no doubt about that. not only did they let him out, they told the prosecutors in state of pennsylvania, you cannot prosecute him again. the prosecutors asked for a remedy and one being the opportunity to file charges against him and have a third trial without using that deposition testimony that joey just talked about. the court shut the door on that. the court said no. that s not an appropriate remedy and the only remedy according to this court is to allow him to go free. that s a huge blow to the me too movement. it s a huge blow to women that have spoken out against sexual assault but we should keep in mind this is one case in one
