Kramer victorious again at Titisee-Neustadt Ski Jumping World Cup Sunday, 31 January 2021 Marita Kramer has further enhanced her reputation as one of ski jumping s ascending stars by making it back-to-back International Ski Federation (FIS) women s Ski Jumping World Cup wins in Titisee-Neustadt. The 19-year-old Austrian jumped 137.5 metres in round one - the biggest leap of the day - to score 137.8 points and lead at the halfway stage in Germany. A second jump of 135m and 127.9 points was enough to secure a narrow win over Olympic medallist Sara Takanashi of Japan. Takanashi received scores that were 1.6 and 0.6 below Kramer s marks, and was then 10.3 points ahead of Norway s Silje Opseth in third place. ....

January, 2021 Ljubno ob Savinji – After Slovenia won the team Ski Jumping World Cup event for women in Ljubno ob Savinji on Saturday, Ema Klinec finished second in today’s individual event behind Eirin Maria Kvandal of Norway. Joining them on the podium with the third place is Marita Kramer of Austria. Klinec was first after the first round, but Kvandal managed a much longer jump in the second to claim her first win in the World Cup. The 19-year-old Norwegian won the event with a total of 244.2 points, only 1.4 points ahead of Klinec, while Kramer, the winner of the first World Cup event of the season in her native Ramsau, scored 238.1 points. ....
Kvandal earns first FIS Ski Jumping World Cup victory in Ljubno Sunday, 24 January 2021 Norwegian teenager Eirin Maria Kvandal earned her first International Ski Federation (FIS) Ski Jumping World Cup win in Ljubno. The 19-year-old won in only her second World Cup appearance, having already finished second with Norway in yesterday s team contest. Kvandal completed jumps of 92.0 metres and 89.0m to finish with 244.2 points. Her nearest opponent was Ema Klinec of Slovenia, who utilised home advantage to record jumps of 94.0m and 86.5m and finish on 242.8 points. Marita Kramer maintained her lead in the overall World Cup standings after placing third. ....
