Denise Nicole Schnell – Noble

Denise Nicole Schnell, age 46, of Noble, Illinois, passed away Friday afternoon, October 1, 2021, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. She was born July 22, 1975, in Olney, the daughter of Karla (Schnell) Ash. Affectionately called "Niece" by those who loved her, she revealed her beautiful spirit with family and friends through all the things she enjoyed doing with them. She liked to go fishing, ride on the side-by-side, and play board games and card games like "Phase 10." Denise put her whole heart into singing Karaoke, enjoyed bowling, and dining out at her favorite restaurants. She shared an enormous bond and countless special memories with her daughter, and especially loved letting Piper simply put her hair into a braid. Denise worked for over 15 years at N.A.L. and was a member of the Noble Seventh-day Adventist Church. She is survived by her daughter: Piper Jones; her mother: Karla Ash; 3 sisters: Trish (Rickey) McGrew, Amanda (Chris) Byam, and Jennifer Bor ....

The Kansas City metro area continues to reopen as more and more of the population gets the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment said Friday the state has 312,997 confirmed cases of COVID-19, and there have been 5,057 deaths since the outbreak started. Overall, the state said 40.9% of the population has been vaccinated with at least one dose.
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services said Friday there have been 508,968 cases of COVID-19 since the start of the outbreak and 9,005 deaths. Overall, the state said 40.3% of the population has received at least one dose and 33.4% have completed vaccination. ....
