As pg e hurries to restore power, hundreds of thousands prepare for another massive blackout in just a few hours. Right now we are just hours away from the next planned power shutoff. Pg e warns 605,000 customers in 29 counties will be affected, and the utility has already started alerting customers. Heres a look at the areas pg e is warning of further blackouts.
