A Chicago-based global law firm that recently planted its flag in Dallas is headed to Uptown’s Crescent for its new office.
Vedder Price PC is taking 11,197 square feet of space for its new operations in the Crescent at Pearl Street and Cedar Springs Road.
The law firm announced in January that it was opening an office in Dallas. ....

Uptown Dallas’ Crescent lands new office tenants
New leases come a month after landmark property was sold.

Uptown Dallas’ landmark Crescent complex is adding to its business roster with several new leases.
The office deals come just a month after the huge mixed-use property north of downtown sold for almost $700 million. New owner Crescent Real Estate of Fort Worth continued to negotiate leases while working on the purchase.
Corpus Christi-based Susser Bank Holdings has leased 4,697 square feet in The Crescent. Bill McClung of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease. ....
