Pakistani collusion suspected after attacks on Chinese nationals in Afghanistan

Pakistan has become the focus of suspicion after a suicide bombing in the heart of Taliban-administered Kabul targeted members of Chinese delegation on the evening of January 11. India, GCC agree to resume talks on free trade agreement

NEW DELHI: India and the Gulf Cooperation Council have decided to resume talks on a free trade agreement, India’s trade minister and the GCC secretary-general announced Thursday, 14 years after the last round of negotiations.
