going to talk about in the next hour. the president s holding a town hall meeting in cincinnati. he s going to tell the crowd that mitt romney s corporate tax policies would create jobs in other countries. this is the president s eighth trip to ohio this year. recent polling there shows him leading romney, 47% to 38%. ohio, of course, a crucial state in november election. want to bring in dan lothian. more on what we can expect from the president as well as jim acosta, he s got latest reaction from the romney camp. dan, first to you. we know the president, he s going to talk about corporate taxes, specifically focusing on romney support for eliminating taxes on the foreign income of american companies. what s the message here? reporter: well, the message from the obama campaign will be two-fold. first of all to say while mitt romney may be talking about helping the middle class, that he s looking out for wealthy companies and this is one example, the president will be highl
panel to talk about aids. and we are talking about jobs, j j jobs, jobs, and the employers are not hiring enough to bring down the latest figures. you see that 80,000 new jobs were added last month but the labor unemployment rate remai remairemains 8.2%, and that is because of the jobs added in may. it is a different picture from the jobsarlier in the year. now president obama and mitt romney are talking about it. our mission is not to get back to where we were before the crisis, and we have to get back to what has been happening in the last decades, because jobs leaving our shores and we have to struggle to fight for. now is the time for america to choose whether they want more of the same and whether unemployment over 8% month after month after month is satisfactory or not. it does not have to be this way. america can do better and this kick in the gut has got to end. i want to break down the good news and the bad news of the latest jobs report. we are joined by danny
of what we do will be determined not just by the obama administration by what the fears are in congress. it ultimately has the veto power over u.s. aid as well. we ll be close attention to what happens. thank you. rolling right along. welcome back. hour two. the u.s. supreme court strikes down most of arizona s immigration law. both sides are claiming victory today. i want to break it down point by point. there are three major planks in the law. they are out. the first would have allowed police to arrest immigrants without warrant if they had probable cause a crime had been committed. number two a crime not to carry registration papers or i.d. the third that was struck down would have prevented illegal immigrations from trying to get jobs. those provisions are gone. the part of this legislation that still stands is this part. it says police can check a person s immigration status while enforcing other laws if they have reasonable suspicion that this person is in the u.s.

highly unusual. as soon as they lost contact with this drone, they sent out a manned aircraft and the pilot was able to put some eyes on the wreckage and determine, a, that it crashed and b, looked like there were no injuries on the ground. it s been described as a marshy air on the eastern shore of maryland. this drone, the global hawk can fly up to 11 miles high. it can fly for 30 hours at a time. it can fly for so long and can fly above the weather. here in the united states, it s been used to keep track of wildfires burning in california. it was used to survey some of the damage after hurricane ike. it s been flown overseas as well. one of the five drones that the naval air station in maryland, one of the drone s deployed with the u.s. navy s fifth fleet. the other four go through rue tie routine training and that s what happened here. unbelievable. thank you very much. also happening now, spain s bailout expected to give the u.s. markets a big boost. stocks are down
