Good morning that is Aljazeera America. Live from new york city, im paul beban. Investigators are increasingly confident today in the search for missing Malaysia Airlines flight 370. Theyve examined debris that washed up on an island in the indian ocean and they say it appears to have come from a bowing 777 aircraft. That is the same model as the plane that disappeared with 239 people onboard. The debris will be sent to france for investigation. Tanya page is live on reunion island where that debris was found. What are authorities saying there this morning . The authorities of tight lipped about the precise location of this. Its under lock and key at the airport and they wont tell us exactly when its going to leave the country. They were saying it would be on a cargo plane out of here tonight, now were hearing that may not be the case, but at some point in the next 24, possibly 48 hours, we are expecting it to leave reunion island and be flown to france where it will be examined in min
Senate down. Those will force most provinces, almost all of them who have opposed Senate Elections and reform, to come clean with that and explain why the senators are not being elected. Why the will not abolish. Time, public pressure will force this issue to be resolved. Frankly, the longer there are vacancies, it will raise questions about why we continue with the senate we do. One good way to come up for ideas is to meet with the trust issues . No, there is nowhere near agreement on reform or revelation and i think opening up the state departments decisions is a wrong priority. If the provinces believe the senate should be fixed, tell us how, they opposed that. Thank you, mr. Har harper. Well paul, you could say there are broken promises and broken promises. Mr. Harper, promised he would never name an appointed senator. He has gone on to break a record naming 59. The list of conservative senators under Investigation Continues to grow. I am looking for a mandate on october 19th to pu
Amount of coverage, if not the most, that would be Bernie Sanders. A lot of commentary about the size of his crowd and his appeal. The coverage of mrs. Clinton has been pretty negative. A lot of that focused on her emails. I think the thing that really is remarkable to us as media analysts is how she has decided to run this campaign. Im not granting interviews and not do too much press, take a couple of local press questions, maybe. It is amazing to me that she can get away with that. I start to wonder if the press has any selfrespect. They didnt look like they had a lot of selfrespect when they were roped in on the street. She responds on twitter to whatever the debate is happening, whether it is in washington or outside of washington. She will come to twitter to respond that way. What do you make of candidates using that rather than using the mainstream immediate krmedia . That can be the most canned, consultantdriven material. It is not the same as the back and forth with the journa

Appeal. Thank you. I want to start by thanking the jury. We respect their decision today. I want to thank the hardworking citizens of washington, d. C. That had to take an entire week off to go through this. So thank you to their respective decision. We may have lost a battle today but we wont lose the war. We will talk about exactly what the jury heard that came to their conclusion. About what was put on in that courtroom. David will talk about our appeals process. Listen, and the closing arguments, the prosecutor missed one very important phrase, i stand with trump in the constitution, and i will never back off that, ever. Misdemeanor how . What happened . This is round one, thats what happened. This is a bulletproof appeal. Have you ever in another case seen a judge say six times in a case they think the standard for willfulness is wrong . He is saying it does not comport with modern jurisprudence or comport with the judicial definition, buddies says he feels his hands were bound by
