He was on his bicycle on a 14 mile ride through san jose, he was approaching monterey road. The Police Officer pulled aside of him and he screamed. He said pull over, i asked why and he said because i said so. He said he road in the opposite direction to get away from what he called verbal abuse, he turned into the sidewalk and into the bike.
