My question is, in light of the videotapes we have seen, you know, where they are shooting people and basically just leaving them on the ground to die, i would like to know what are the legal requirements for police regarding giving life saving means when they have shot somebody. In the walter scott case, they lied and said that they had provided, you know, cpr and there is no evidence of that on the video. What are they legally required to do .
