And until we get into communities and Work Together and talk about it i mean, one of the worst things in a Police Department is you never, ever you can be accused of a lot of things, but you dont want to ever be accused of arresting somebody for because of their race. Which is an accusation thats made a lot. So i dont know a Police Officer out there that wants to arrest somebody because of color, because its just not what we do. Its just like the chief said we get the call and we respond. I think theres a disproportionate number of people of color in prison. I think the whole core issue goes back again to poverty.
