The sheriff tells us the incident started as a report of a stolen vehicle in sparks around 9 30 last night. A short time later around 10 p. M. The sheriff says a lyon county deputy spotted the stolen vehicle. A red chevy cruze. In the parking lot of the Silver Springs nugget. As the officer approached the vehicle.
