By: Jennifer Pierce OKLAHOMA CITY - Officers booked Elizette Ferreira into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on one complaint of first-degree murder. Police responded just before 7 p.m. to the Arden Park Apartments on West Hefner near Western Avenue. One resident said he did not think twice when he heard gunshots. He said gun violence is a normal occurrence in the area. “I usually hear it over there,” said Nasir Moss, a resident of the complex. Moss heard screaming and at first thought children were playing with fireworks. “I hear one gunshot go off and then it pauses, and then I hear five more shots,” said Moss. ....
Investigators are trying to figure out why two men were shot and killed at a Northwest Oklahoma City apartment complex.Authorities said the person facing murder charges in the shooting is the sister of one of the victims. It happened last night near Hefner and Western. Police said that even though the sister of one of the victims was arrested, they can’t say if she was the one who shot the two men. But she’s in the Oklahoma County Jail tonight. “I heard one shot go off and it pauses and then I hear five more shots go off,” witness Nasir Moss said. The details of what happened before the shots were fired at the apartment complex are under investigation. Police said officers found two men dead when they arrived at the scene.“At some point during the course of their investigation, they also identified a female party involved,” Sgt.
