We came up on top of this parking structure at kaiser said he was trying to get his uncle off the hill behind us who lives up there. He said he did get out safely, but he said there are homes up on the hillside that are just destroyed. Hes certain his uncles home is destroyed. People have evacuated. This place is pretty much full at this hour with elderly folks, children, dogs and people sleeping on cots. Some people not able to sleep because they are so worried about their properties at this hour. We dont know how many or if any properties have been burned and we dont know about the injuries.
