happened yesterday. a speed camera vehicle parked on 295 near the bwi exit was vandalized. police say a man walked out of the woods with a hammer and a shotgun and tapped the back of the window with the shotgun. the operator of the speed camera inside the jeep began to blow the horn. that s when the man came to the front of the jeep and smashed the windshield with a hammer. he then ran back into the woods. it sparked a massive search in the area. police shut down 295 in both directions for hours. but they never found the man. the state began using the speed cameras after they approved them in 209. nance 2009. state senator nancy jake sobs believed it jacobs believed it was about raising movie. we money. we said this is all there is. you are not wanting to protect people s lives it s so you can make money. reporter: now again police have not found the man behind yesterday s attack on that speed camera vehicle on 295. the man is described as a white man around ....
