Yesterday and today, RVT restarted Friday-and-Saturday-only bus routes to Clinton County for free. Next Friday and Saturday, the standard fees will kick in. RVT is paying for the service that was formerly seven days and was paid for through a three-year trial program via a PennDOT Intermodal grant and various stakeholders, including Clinton County, the city, Lock Haven University and some business and industries. The community has a solid taxi service in Lock Haven Taxi, for sure. Uber drivers are around, too.
