This happened a little before 6 00 last night, at the Christmas Hill park where that festival has been going on for decad decades. Here is the latest. Three people dead including a 6yearold boy, and were just getting an update on the number of people injured. Gilroy police are now saying 12 people were hurt. Police responded in less than a minute, and killed the gunman. Hes not been identified but sources tell our Investigative Unit the gunman was not on anyones radar as a threat. Witnesses talked about a possible second person involved but authorities are still trying to sort that out. There was an extensive search last night.
