The general assembly, my fellow it is an honor to stand before you for the second time to discuss the state of our state and the work we will do this year to make life better for all of our citizens. When i became governor one year ago, i took the baton with momentum created by previous administrations. And together, we have worked every day, not just to sustain the momentum, but to build on it. We have worked to make sure the Business Climate in indiana remains among the very best in the nation. That hoosiers have the tools they need to take advantage of growing opportunities. And that our State Government is among the most efficient and effective for the very people that we serve. Visionar, i outlined a to take indiana to the next level. And i laid out five goals. Five goals to help us get there. 2018 is all about taking those tools that we have been provided and puttin ....

And tonight his family is sharing their pain. Police say zenas powell was not the gunmans target. He was on his way to his grandmothers house after buying food at the story. Sunday night, the big story on action news, the search for the gunman who shot the teenager. He was one of three people caught in the hail of gunfire. Tonight we spoke with one of the victims surviving the hail of gunfire. Sharing her fear and anger about the events that unfolded last night. And jeff chirico joins us live from Police Headquarters with more. Jeff . Walter and sarah, zenas powell was just an innocent bystander. His family says he was respectful and dreamed of becoming a doctor. However, last night his dream was cut short in what chesters mayor calls a senseless act of violence that will not be follow rated. We are dealing with steam and just water that might surrender surround the pipe and not compromise it would cause an extreme steam condition which it did. I started getting like a waxy substance on my glasses and clothes. Reporter their gear carefully removed and bagged for testing. They have not determined the exact location of the leak and what caused it. The city has 6785 miles of water mains and about a thousand miles are over 100 years old which makes it no surprise there were at least 400 water main breaks every year but one since 1998. There were 562 in 2015. I watched all the steam come out and so high it almost reached the top of that building. Thats all i saw. Reporter it was scary . Well, yeah, yeah. Reporter so you can see there where 58th street buckled after the leak and steam still escaping at this hour. So 58th between 6th and seventh avenues remains closed for repairs and so that the dep can isolate that leak. There were no evacuations due to the leak and luckily, ther ....
