a water main break making a mess on a dipcally busy road in woburn this morning. jessica reyes is live on route 38 where crews are trying to get a handle on things. yes, sir, what is the latest? reporter: well, gene, this all happened just about 45 minutes ago and taking a look behind me on rule 38 right under 128. you can see the road is flooded out in some spots. if we zoom in a little bit here, you can see the water is bubbling up from beneath the road here, and further down the road you might be able to see the road is buckling in a woburn police are out here right now and dpw crews are getting on scene as you see coming to check out the road here and see what type of damage they are dealing with here, but we do know one lane of traffic is getting through here this morning, but this is certainly going to cause a back-up for the morning commute over the next couple of hours. again, you can see the road is here a little bit. water bubbling up in some spots. there is one l
