Janet, whats the latest on whats happening right now . Reporter well, bill cosbys attorneys are objecting to the admittance of whats called hearsay evidence. As you described, that is her previous deposition and her statements to investigators at the time of or shortly after the alleged crime, that she was sexually assaulted by bill cosby in his home in 2004. Cosbys attorney saying this is denying him due process, that the accuser should be here to make those statements so they can cross examine her. However, legal precedent has it that hearsay actually is involved in these cases. So the judge has a decision to make here, is there enough evidence to go forward with a trial.
