(WBTV) - A person shot to death at a motel near Carowinds in York County Wednesday has been identified by officials as 18-year-old Joshua Richardson Ross of Charlotte. Deputies say 20-year-old Isaiah Jones was arrested in the shooting. Jones was located in Iredell County and taken into custody Wednesday. Officers found a person, later identified as Ross, who had been shot and killed in the lobby of the Sleep Inn on Lakemont Boulevard, off of Carowinds Boulevard in Fort Mill. ....
