Monroe Thrift Shop Association The Thrift Shop Association of Monroe reports that application forms for this year s scholarships have been delivered to all Monroe County high schools. Students who wish to apply can either hand deliver the packet, or mail it, to the shop, as indicated in the application materials. The association officer terms expiring this year are president, second vice president and secretary. The nominating committee members are Lorey Roop, Kim Domick and Sue Coseo. ....
