IâM SO conflicted. I hate to admit it, but itâs true.
Part of me is secretly happy that Bill Cosby is out of prison. Heâs so old and blind now, I highly doubt he will bother any more women ever again. I hated the thought of him being locked up like that.
But then thereâs the other part of me thatâs shocked and angry.
I believe women. I believe his accusers. I believe Andrea Constand. I canât imagine what she must be going through right now. Sheâs probably kicking herself for believing she ever had a real shot at getting justice with our flawed legal system.

At least 8 states lift mask mandates; teachers unions call for reopening all schools this fall: Live COVID-19 updates Elinor Aspegren, USA TODAY

At least eight states began to lift mask mandates following the CDC s updated guidance that fully vaccinated Americans could discard masks outdoors and in some situations indoors.
The new guidelines announced by Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, represent a major step toward a return to normalcy for a nation battered and at times divided by a pandemic that has lasted more than a year. Anyone who is fully vaccinated can participate in indoor and outdoor activities, large or small, without wearing a mask or physical distancing, Walensky said. If you are fully vaccinated, you can start doing the things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic.
