This morning another online video surfaced purportedly showing isis militants threatening to kill japanese hostages. The video was posted on websites associated with isis. The terror group is threatening to execute the hostages unless a 200 million ransom is paid in the next 72 hours. The man speaking sounds like a british militant involved in other hostage beheadings. Japan recently pledged about 200 million to help countries fighting isis. President obama delivers the state of the Union Address tonight.
