The terror group is threatening to execute the hostages unless a 200 million ransom is paid in the next 72 hours. The man speaking sounds like a british militant involved in other hostage beheadings. Japan recently pledged about 200 million to help countries fighting isis. President obama delivers the state of the Union Address tonight.
