OKC churches go outside for Easter services after COVID cancellations

For many Christian preachers and their congregations, Easter 2020 brought an unthinkable scenario to vivid life: Church buildings were closed on the holiest day in the Christian calendar.
This year, most metro-area churches are hosting in-person worship services to celebrate Christ s resurrection, and several have literally thought outside the box by offering outdoor Easter services  in a variety of locations  because the COVID-19 pandemic is still a concern. 
Frontline Edmond will host 9 and 11 a.m. worship services on Sunday at the Mitch Park Amphitheater, 1501 W Covell in Edmond.
Fifth Street Baptist Church is planning a Pull Up and Praise Easter service at 9:30 a.m. Sunday outside Millwood High School, 6724 N Martin Luther King Ave. ....
