Shook Co-Chair of the General Liability Litigation Practice Group Rob Adams will be among 27 lawyers and judges to be honored at the Missouri Lawyers Awards virtual ceremony Feb. 11. Adams was selected as an Influential Appellate Advocate of 2020, along with William Ray Price Jr. of Armstrong Teasdale for their work in Sherrer v. Boston Scientific Corporation. The annual honor is awarded by Missouri Lawyers Media, publisher of Missouri Lawyers Weekly, to the lawyers behind the most significant appellate decisions of the year. In the highly complex medical device case, the Missouri Supreme Court affirmed judgment in favor of Adams’ client Boston Scientific, rejecting each of the plaintiff’s four points on appeal. ....
