MCPD says, “Williams was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, grey tennis shoes, and was seen carrying a dark-colored backpack.” He is around 4 feet tall, weighing 80 pounds, according to MCPD.
Police say that no foul play is suspected in this case, but Williams’ family is concerned for his welfare.

Update (Jan. 15): Octavia Seeney has been located safe and unharmed according to the police.
Original: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police-Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for help in locating a missing teenager from Gaithersburg.
Octavia Seeney, 17, was last seen January 10 at her home on Park Avenue.
Seeney is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown eyes and two-toned blond hair.
Seeney has been in contact with her family via social media but will not let her family know her location. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
