Police search for attempted child abduction suspects in Wheaton

Montgomery County police are searching for a suspect who attempted to kidnap a young girl Tuesday afternoon.

Update (Jan. 15): Octavia Seeney has been located safe and unharmed according to the police. Original: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police-Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for help in locating a missing teenager from Gaithersburg. Octavia Seeney, 17,  was last seen January 10 at her home on Park Avenue. Seeney is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown eyes and two-toned blond hair. Seeney has been in contact with her family via social media but will not let her family know her location. Police and family are concerned for her welfare. Anyone with information regarding Seeney’s whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).

Police Seek Public s Help Finding Missing Montgomery Village Teen

Update (Jan. 19): Missing teen, Kayla Sanchez, has been located safe and unharmed according to the police. Original (Jan. 13): Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police-Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for help in locating a missing teenager from Montgomery Village. Kayla Andrea Sanchez, age 13, was last seen by family the afternoon of Friday, Jan. 8. At the time, she was leaving her home on Little Pond Place and told family she was going to a friend’s house. Sanchez is approximately 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has shoulder-length red and blond hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt and black leggings.

Update (Jan. 7): Montgomery County police report that Maeva Domche was found safe and unharmed. Original (Jan. 6): Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police-Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for help in locating a missing teenager from Silver Spring. Maeva Domche, age 14, was last seen by family at approximately 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, January 3 at her home on Mt. Pisgah Road. Domche is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a white jacket, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
