MCHENRY COUNTY, IL Days after an Amber Alert was issued for a missing Wisconsin girl, police there say she was reunited with her family, and her father has been extradited back to Illinois, where he is facing a felony charge. Jocelyn Van Duyn, 10, was reported missing Sunday after police say she was last seen at her mother s home on Saturday night.
Police said the girl did not pack a bag or take a jacket, and they believed she might be with her biological father, Jonathan Van Duyn. ....
