WNC Institutional Fund 54 Raised $173 Million in LIHTC Equity to Build and Rehabilitate 1,300 Affordable Housing Units Nationwide

IRVINE, CA - WNC, a leading provider of investment, asset management and development services in the affordable housing industry, announced it has closed WNC Institutional Tax Credit Fund 54, L.P. (Corp 54), a low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) fund totaling $172.8 million in equity from a total of eight institutional investors. WNC Fund 54 welcomed one new investor and six new development partners.

University Circle Voted 2021 "Best Arts District" in the U.S.

Cleveland, OH - Today, University Circle was named Best Arts District in the country in the 2021 USA TODAY 10Best Readers Choice travel award contest. USA TODAY and 10Best’s expert panel selected University Circle as one of the top 20 arts districts in the nation, and a public vote over the course of four weeks propelled the neighborhood to the number one spot. Out of the 20 nominated districts, the ten that garnered the most votes were publicly recognized.
The final rankings are as follows:

CLEVELAND University Circle has been voted the Best Arts District in the U.S. in the 2021 USA TODAY 10Best Readers Choice contest.
A panel of experts from USA TODAY and 10Best chose the Cleveland neighborhood as one of the top 20 arts districts in the country. Then, the public voted it into the number one slot.
The top 10 districts that got the most votes were, in order:
