New information tonight on the deadly amtrak derailment in philadelphia eight days ago. Federal investigators confirm they have the cell phone of the engineer who was at the controls. The ntsb says brandon bostians phone was used the dale day of the derailment but it is working to determine when the phone with a used and if it was used at the time the train was being operated. A dozen people remain in the hospital following last tuesdays derailment. Eight people died. The governor said he was surprised automatic train Safety Systems were not in operation on those tracks.
