QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani has said that the thinking of the present government about development of the province is different from that of previous governments. The government is utilising all its resources to bring the province on a par with other provinces of the country. Speaking at a ceremony held to the mark completion of phase-1 of Sabzal Road by-pass project on Friday, he said that all under-construction roads in Quetta would be converted into dual carriageways, which would help ease traffic congestion.
