A recently revived architecture and design firm plans to relocate to Carytown next month, where it’ll round out the tenancy of the longtime home to Guitar Works.
Visible Proof has signed on as the upstairs occupant of 3335-7 W. Cary St. in Carytown, which was home to Guitar Works for 40 years before it closed in 2018. A group of investors led by Craig Suro bought the property that year for $675,000. The building’s downstairs occupant is Minglewood Bake Shop, which plans to open in early 2021.
