Reporter surveillance cameras were rolling just after two friday afternoon when three men exited the popular a and a deli in west philadelphia. They approached lynn, words were exchanged and one suspect through a punch then opened fire with a 9millimeter handgun. They just targeted him and gunned him down for no reason. Random act of violence in the city. Gunman fired nine shots from an extended magazine on the gun. When the barrage of gunfire ended, the 49 year old lynn had been shot six times. Police say
