　　国家体育总局局长苟仲文，中国残联理事长周长奎，省委书记刘国中出席。省长赵一德主持圣火采集仪式。省委常委王晓、赵刚、方红卫，副省长方光华出席。十四运会和残特奥会有关负责同志、延安市相关领导、各市区执委会代表以及社会各界代表等出席。
全场观众合唱《没有共产党就没有新中国》
　　在圣火少女的陪伴下，郭文珺、翟翔持棒走向圣火盆，当圣火熊熊点燃时，全场爆发出热烈的掌声。苟仲文、周长奎接过采火棒，并向全场展示。随后，圣火被引入火种灯。
　　刘国中双手高举火种灯向现场展示，并将火种灯授予圣火护卫。圣火护卫手持火种灯，登上“全运号”专车，预示着以“不忘初心传递梦想”为主题的火炬传递活动将在三秦大地展开。此时，全场观众合唱《没有共产党就没有新中国》，现场气氛达到高� ....
