十四运会和残特奥会火炬传递两火合一，7月17日在延安采集圣火|特奥会

近日，十四运会和残特奥会火炬传递活动新闻发布会在西安举行，本届全运会和残特奥会将首次采用“两火合一”的火炬传递方式。 “全运会和残特奥会火炬一体传递方式是史上首次，不仅创新了传递活动的组织方式，更使得我们这次火炬传递活动意义更为深远，推动了体育事业和残疾人事业全面发展，实现残健共融的良好氛围。”十四运组委会群众体育部部长助理杨文表示。据悉，圣火采集仪式将于7月17日在延安市宝塔山星火广场举行，随后于8月16日至9月12日在省内进行28天14站的火炬传递。首站点火起跑仪式将于8月16日在西安市南门广场举行；9月15日圣火进入西安奥体中心体育场，点燃十四运会火炬塔；10月22日进入西安奥体中心体育馆，点燃残特奥会火炬塔。据介绍，本次火炬传递共向全社会公开征集到火炬传递主题、口号共计1348件，�
