To take leadership roles. The importance of enabling Civil Society to be an important part of cementing a stronger state society relationship. Hese are all dimensions of governance in one way or another. And this is one of the central challenges of transforming fragile states to be more resilient. How do we do that from the perspective of the United States , how do we set a strategy strategic frame that helps to put into motion better support for transforming governance to be Good Governance.
