Reporter a planes close officer please a plainclothes officer first sought Eulalio Tordil, eventually watching him have lunch at the Boston Market at the end of this shopping center. He then left these establishments and returned to his car alone. That is when officers made their move. A manhunt across two counties ending in just minutes. Police moving in in every direction, pinning Eulalio Tordil s car. They came in all directions and boxed him in. They pulled guns on him and told him to get out of the vehicle. Reporter James Decarlo watched the brief standoff. Police refused pe his hands raised. Eventually Eulalio Tordil obeyed. The police chief regretted that they couldnt find him before todays violence.
